I often asked myself, how to improve the everyday ailments and troubles and believe that food is the trigger for our psychic, mental and physical well-being. Since then I have included this knowledge in my daily life and would like to share it with others.  

Unfortunately, everything that tastes especially good is connected with certain dangers, this can influence our life in the long run. The body  deposits these in form of liquids and in later consequence it settles in crystallized form in body and joints. Therefore it is recommended to live on a low salt diet.

Our body cells require salt for the electrolysis and maintenance of their functions. Food salt consists of 2 elements – natrium and  chloride – these are only 2 of 84 elements that are required by the body.  They can be found in sea-salt and in 250 million year aged Himalaya crystal-salt.
